＃ Come rain or shine 天候に関わらず
I checked out the Allas Sea Pool in Helsinki last week.
先週はここのヘルシンキにあるアッラスシープールに遊びに行ってみた。
It has two outdoor pools and three saunas!
２つの屋外プールと３つのサウナがある！
One pool is heated and the other is cold sea water!
温水プールと海水プール１つずつある。
It's open all year, come rain or shine!
天候に関わらず年中無休の施設だ！

Come rain or shine の意味と使い方とは？
基本的にcome rain or shineは「雨でも晴れでも来る」と直訳できますが、「天候に関わらず〜」という意味として使います。
「雨天決行」という表現にも近いし同じ意味で使います。
「何が起こっても必ず〜をする」というもっと幅広い意味もしますが、
no matter what
と同じ意味の表現です。
